Prices are as shown on the relevant pages of our website. These include delivery throughout the UK. Prices for Continental Europe and Rest of World will be quoted on request. These will include delivery but not import duties or other taxes which may apply in the customer's locality and which are the customer's responsibility for payment
Payment may be made by debit or credit card using the order form at our website
Delivery costs within UK are included in all prices shown and will be quoted separately for all other countries
Delivery arrangements are made through Royal Mail Parcels and the following delivery times from date of despatch should be allowed: UK 3 working days, Continental Europe 10 working days, Rest of World 20 working days. Special deliveries are possible at additional quoted cost. Every effort is made to achieve delivery within 28 days of receipt of your confirmed order
Right to Cancel Customers have the right to cancel an order provided that we are advised by fax or email within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered. Provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition the customer's payment will be returned in full as soon as possible thereafter. No charge is made for the return of goods other than the cost to you of returning them. Subject to satisfactory receipt of goods we aim to return your money within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel
